Checks, credit cards or Bank Wires

Once payment funds have cleared in our bank account, delivery will proceed.

We will arrange shipping that best fits your needs.

We ship with standard UPS Ground delivery service. 

UPS Ground Shipping is 1-10 Business Days

Express Shipping is 1-3 Business Days (additional cost)

Local NYC area convenient delivery options for larger artwork:
   -white glove delivery with a local delivery service
   - client can also arrange their own pick up from KG                    Studio 

Returns and Damage Policy:​

     If an art piece arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately and email documented photos of damaged

painting area along with all packaging from the delivery for us to view. (must report within 7 days) . If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.

     After review, at our descretion, we will repair the artwork or issue a full refund. This will be determined once we have received the artwork back to our Studio.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.​

Custom Commission art may not be returned. 50% Deposit payment is due prior to production start, balance payment is due upon completion prior to shipping.
